If I can, yes.. absolutely you all can.
This is the message I want to share with all of you. A healthy, educated
generation will decide the future of a nation.

I
remember seeing the Everest Base Camp trek a few months ago while I was
browsing through a magazine – a random find that immediately made it on my
travel ‘to do’ list. Not only was Nepal high on my list of places to visit but
completing this would be a pretty fantastic achievement. So I went through life
not taking much interest in sport, or thinking I couldn’t do much in the way of
extreme physical exertion. It’s taken many years to realise that this is not
the case, and Everest Base Camp was one of those things I had to do to prove
that to myself.
For
me, this is a lesson and motivation. To live, to learn, and to work. I myself
found that now, at this moment I am healthier and happier than ever. I was
preparing myself for mounting The Great Everest Base Camp for last 4 months. I
followed many healthy routine to prepare my body and my mind. One should be
really prepared physically and mentally to achieve a feet like climbing the Mount
Everest. Mount Everest, also known in Nepal as Sagarmāthā and in Tibet as Chomolungma, is Earth's highest mountain.
It is located in the Mahalangur section of the Himalayas.
Being
a young and passionate Indian, I would like to achieve a milestone in my career
which can pass a message to the growing generation. In this digital era, people
are behind electronic gadgets which destroy their childhood and manhood. For a
strong and developing country, we need a generation of strong arms and sharp
brains. It can be achieved only through a healthy living style. For the past 4
months I was preparing myself with yoga and workout on a daily basis to make my
body fit enough to achieve this feet. From my own personal experience I found
great changes in my life. A few minutes of yoga during the day can be a great
way to get rid of stress that accumulates daily - in both the body and mind. I
could now focus on my works 100% with a never before work completion record. I
realized that, if I can follow this lifestyle in my whole life, this could
possess massage organs and strengthen muscles; breathing techniques and
meditation release stress and improve immunity. I believe, this lifestyle will
act as a backbone in my life whenever I achieve some great success in my life.
This made possible when I selected Everest Base Camp for trekking. I am not
going to climb Mount Everest now. But trying to spend a little time in the base
camp of the Mount Everest.
Everest Base Camp
"Everest Base Camp" is a term that
is used to describe two base
camps, each on opposite
sides of Mount Everest. South Base Camp is in Nepal at an altitude of 5,364 meters
(17,598 ft) (28°0′26″N 86°51′34″E), and North Base Camp is in Tibet at 5,150 meters
(16,900 ft) (28°8′29″N 86°51′5″E). These camps are rudimentary campsites
on Mount Everest that are used by mountain
climbers during
their ascent and descent. South Base Camp is used when climbing via the southeast ridge, while North Base Camp is used when climbing via the northeast ridge.
The Everest Base Camp trek on the south side is one of the most popular
trekking routes in the Himalayas. In my mission named “Mount for Future” I will
be trekking to Everest South Base Camp.
